Returns

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Support Team at returns@yourshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item, ideally in the original packaging, to ensure it arrives back to us safely.
  3. Ship Your Return: We will provide you with a return label and instructions for shipping.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
  • Final sale items

Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items returned with signs of use, damage, or missing parts that were not due to our error).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at returns@yourshop.com with your order number and details about the defect or damage. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary.
  3. If you’ve done both and still don’t see your refund, please contact us at returns@yourshop.com.
